Hailing from the single venue town of Batemans Bay on the far south coast, Spazmoo have exploded onto the local Newcastle scene. After relocating to Newcastle over a year ago Spazmoo has forged a loyal following and a solid reputation for their spectacular live performance.

Pushing the barriers of the traditional outfit, Spazmoo are not your average rock band. Consisting of just two members, Adam Cowling (bass,vox) and Troy Barrow (drums), Spazmoo have stunned audiences and proved that when it comes to band members- it's quality not quantity that counts. This eclectic two piece provides heavy rock, funk and countless other styles. Cowling's unique approach to bass is mesmerising and is solidly backed by Barrow's axe wielding drums. Their loud, aggressive and distinctive sound defies conventional rock and coupled with some killer songs makes Spazmoo a must see.

In the past year, Spazmoo has blown away crowds at The Cambridge Hotel, Newcastle Leagues Club, The Lass'o'Gowrie, The Roxbury Hotel in Sydney, The Waterfront Hotel in Moruya and many other various venues and have recently opened for bands such as Nunchukka Superfly, Blue Juice, Peabody, Further and The Mess Hall.
